3 Acceptance of Terms

How acceptance is deemed and what it covers.

By completing the account registration process on VAG88 — including ticking the checkbox indicating agreement to these Terms — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is also implied by any active use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of the date listed at the top of this page and apply to all historical use of the Platform unless a prior version explicitly stated otherwise. VAG88 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided via the Platform or by email where applicable. 4 Account Eligibility

Who may legally register and use VAG88.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with VAG88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. VAG88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. VAG88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of VAG88 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on VAG88. Creation of multiple accounts — including under different names or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of VAG88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on VAG88 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5 Account Registration & KYC

Registration requirements, identity verification, and account security obligations.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or false information at any stage of the registration process.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, VAG88 will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days and displaying your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the deposit payment method is registered in your name — for example, a screenshot of your DuitNow registration, FPX account, or e-wallet profile (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay).

VAG88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe communicated by VAG88 may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. VAG88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify VAG88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transaction policies, processing times, and currency information.

VAG88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. VAG88 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. VAG88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5–15 minutes for most requests; however, actual processing time may be affected by bank processing schedules, volume, or additional verification requirements.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your account balance upon withdrawal request processing.
• VAG88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or where account activity patterns give cause for additional review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Terms governing all bonus offers, free credits, cashback, and promotional campaigns.

VAG88 offers a range of promotions and bonus programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the respective promotion, which will be displayed at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all VAG88 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms, which may include minimum deposit requirements, geographic restrictions, or account standing conditions.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 7–30 days of the bonus being credited, depending on the promotion.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on heavily discounted markets may not qualify.
• Bonus Abuse: VAG88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes multi-accounting, hedging, matched betting using VAG88 funds across multiple platforms, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• One Bonus per Household / Device: Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, bonus offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per shared device.

8 Betting Rules

Rules governing the placement, settlement, and voiding of bets on VAG88.

All bets placed on VAG88 are subject to the applicable game rules and sports betting rules, which are available within the respective game or betting market interface. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and events:

• Bets are only confirmed once VAG88 has issued a bet confirmation to the Player. Incomplete bets — including those not received due to network interruption — are null and void.
• In the event of a technical fault affecting the outcome of a game or event, VAG88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• For live in-play betting markets, bets placed after an event has concluded — including where there is a delay in the data feed updating the Platform — will be voided.
• VAG88 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts per Player, per event, or per market at its discretion.
• Mix Parlay bets that include one or more voided legs will have those legs settled as "push" (1.00 odds), and the remaining legs of the accumulator will be settled normally.
• All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules for the sport, competition, and market type involved. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football competitions, standard international football betting rules apply unless otherwise stated.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Conduct that is strictly prohibited on the VAG88 platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on VAG88. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referal to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Coluding with other Players, including sharing information about hole cards, open positions, or other non-public game state information;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity in connection with any deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, or bet placement;
• Using VAG88 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes;
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to extract value — so-called "advantage play" of this nature will result in voidance of all affected bets;
• Accessing VAG88 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing VAG88 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

Ownership of VAG88 content and restrictions on use.

All content on the VAG88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of VAG88 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission, or reuse of any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of VAG88.

The VAG88 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of VAG88. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

The extent and limits of VAG88's liability to Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VAG88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

VAG88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While VAG88 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform stability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as major EPL matchdays or Liga Super Malaysia finals — temporary downtime may occur.

In all cases, VAG88's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

VAG88's obligations and Player rights relating to responsible gambling.

VAG88 is committed to operating a responsible gambling environment. All gaming and betting services on this Platform are intended for entertainment purposes only and are strictly players aged21 and above. We actively support Players in managing their gambling behaviour through the following tools, all available within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable sustaining within a set period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

13 Dispute Resolution

Process for raising and resolving disputes with VAG88.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern relating to your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the VAG88 service, you should follow the process set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and any supporting evidence. VAG88 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Initial Review: VAG88 will conduct a good-faith review of the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 72 hours of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time; you will be notified if this is the case.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 2, you may escalate the matter to VAG88 management by clearly indicating your wish to escalate in your reply. Management-level reviews will be completed within 10 business days.
• Step 4 — Final Decision: VAG88's final decision will be communicated in writing. While VAG88 endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith, the decision of VAG88 management shall be final and binding in relation to Platform-specific operational decisions.

VAG88 will not enter into any dispute relating to bets that were placed during a known technical fault or where the Player has materially breached these Terms prior to or during the event in question.

14 Amendments to These Terms

How and when VAG88 may update these Terms.

VAG88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, VAG88 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the Platform's homepage or by email to registered Players. In cases of minor corrections or clarifications, the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

The current effective version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://vag88.cam/terms-conditions and will clearly state the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
